1. Our policy lasts 24 hours. If the 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you'll not be able to claim a refund of the paid amount.
2. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. For Cancellation request, please contact us, and include the following details in your message:

Cancellation reason
Refund account details
4. Cancellation shall be initiated after the order cancelation request is received.
5. Refund shall be made under the following conditions:
Order was canceled
Order was not dispatched
Order was not delivered to the recipient (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
